Hotel Guest Reviews of the Aarchway Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

This was our first stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, a good size and the beds were very comfortable.
I don't normally mention people's moods but the staff at the front desk weren't as pleasant as I thought they could be. They did their job but weren't in the most pleasant mood. It's a tourist destination so a little perkiness with a smile is nice.

Being familiar with Moab, I like the location of this hotel. So much of the town has grown and with this hotel even though it is at the end of town is still within a good distance to everything. We paid more than I like but it was a very busy weekend in Moab so everything was high. The breakfast buffet was nice and I love their pancake machine. We were directed to a stair well to go up to our room so I am not sure if they have an elevator, but it would be nice to have that mentioned when you have luggage. The barbeque and pool areas were nice and if I had a longer stay I would have definitely used them. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. ...read more

Room was spacious, nicely decorated, and the hotel is conveniently located just on the outskirts of Moab.
The light switches were tricky, but we got the hang of it.

Will definitely stay there again!

The booking computer was down when we arrived at noon and couldnt check in and was still down at 6:30 pm but they found a way to get it done then. They were not apologetic at all for the inconvenience and it was still down the next day.

It was very quiet and comfortable and it had the best breakfast I have ever had at a Hotel.

The Aarchway Inn is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Clean, good bathroom products, microwave and refrigerator in the room, beautiful outdoor pool (so not in use in February), nice public areas.
The hotel was unusually noisy. We were in a downstairs room and could hear every step that was taken above us, as well as doors banging in the halls. Our friends in the room next door had the same experience.

Breakfast choices included juice, cereal, toast, yogurt, boiled eggs, a pancake machine (very slow so you had to wait your turn), biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, and bacon one day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the room and surroundings. We liked what we saw of the outside facilities but it was winter, snowy and cold outside. The hot tub felt great after a day of hiking.
The breakfast was the same every day although it was good.

Fantastic setting, we loved everithing about it, the room was beautiful, the bed was confortable, the temperature in the room was even throughut.
My wife and I had a wonderful stay and we plan to come back with our children for a tour around the area, possibly during the upcoming summer.

Beautiful hotel, nestled within the mountains; it's like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life where one can enjoy the beauties of nature. Courteous personnel took care of our needs and provided what they had promised. Easy to get to and conveniently near restaurants and other tourist attractions.

The rooms at this hotel are up to date, clean and cozy. The location is perfect in relation to the city of Moab and if you plan on visiting Arches National Park.
Nothing really comes to mind. I am no picky
