THE HOTEL WAS WELL LOCATED THE SERVICES WERE GOOD AND THE PRICE IS NOT TOO EXPENSIVE. THE ENTRANCE IS NOT AS APPROPIATE AS OTHERS HOTELS BECAUSE THE REVOLVING DOOR ENDS AT A STAIR THAT CAN BE DANGEROUS AND DIFFICULT TO MANAGE BAGGAGES.

Front desk staff were most helpful. A short walk to museums and Atocha station. Area was safe with many services in small shops near by. Good choice at a reasonable price!!

The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were small but clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast included had a good variety to choose from. It was nice to have water and drinks available in our room in the mini bar for free. Since we speak English, we were glad they offered two English speaking channels, one was CNN.
