Location/neighborhood, new.
Situated in a recently redeveloped neighborhood, it is close to a large supermarket and a handy distance on foot from a metro station. Was excellent value.

Having a kitchenette was great. Good access to Metro. Comfortable and quiet.
The wall mounted TV was crooked. That's about the only thing.
Nice little hotel. Quite basic but comfortable and attractive. Easy access to the Metro puts you on the Champs-Ellyses in 20-30 minutes. Having a kitchen was great. Internet access was a little slow but free and better than nothing.
