nice TV.
Good location; convenient, safe, and not too noisy. Very nice room with large television. Wifi and Internet very expensive. Decent fitness area but it was not air-conditioned. Room had large fridge and stove with oven. Decently furnished with cookware.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great! Within walking distance of Empire state Building and Macy's. Room was very clean. The hotel is very basic. No frills and very small lobby.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally outstanding. I would definitely try to stay here again. the value of the suite was well beyond expectation as was the service. The workout facilities at the fitness center were better than most and though they had spa services, I did not have the time to use them (but might give it a try on a return trip).
