One of the best hotel experiences we've had in New York. Really friendly, efficient staff from the front desk, bellmen, and concierge. The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The view was incredible.

Great location; beautiful appointments in room; and gorgeous view!
Lighting near bathroom mirror could be brighter.

Stayed for one night due to family member in local hospital. Pleasantly surprised with how welcoming and spacious the room was. You never know with a boutique hotel in NYC how much room you are going to have to move around in. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. (As long as I got a good price)

It is very clean.
There is no bar and restaurant in the hotel. It's next door.

Hotel was great, clean nice location. The staff was nice. Except, I found the maid in my room cleaning even though I had the do not disturb sign up. Someone on our floor must have been smoking, they kept trying to accuse me of smoking. Called and came to my room on 2 different occasions. They said they were going to all the rooms. A little annoying.

Staff are really friendly and the view from the room is perfect.

This hotel is amazing. It's close to subway and has a lot of great restaurants around. Only 3 blocks away from 5th Ave, and the view form my room is wonderful. Staff is the most friendly staff I have met ever. It was my first time in NYC, I feel perfect. Also, the kitchen is so useful, the room serves even clean the cups everyday. WONDERFUL PLACE, I WILL COME BACK.

nice TV.
Should have free WIFI and Internet. The prices for these services were outrageous. Thus not great for a business traveler.

Good location; convenient, safe, and not too noisy. Very nice room with large television. Wifi and Internet very expensive. Decent fitness area but it was not air-conditioned. Room had large fridge and stove with oven. Decently furnished with cookware.

I had to take care of some business after checkout and came back to the hotel and the exceptional staff treated me as if I was their best client.
If I have to dig to get something it was the scaffolding in front. Presumably they were working on the artifice of the building but no problems.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally outstanding. I would definitely try to stay here again. the value of the suite was well beyond expectation as was the service. The workout facilities at the fitness center were better than most and though they had spa services, I did not have the time to use them (but might give it a try on a return trip).
