Hotel Guest Reviews of the Albert At Bay Suites Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great value for the size of the room. Perfect for families with small children.
The extremely small parking spaces took some getting used to, but it is nice to have underground parking included.

Great location, a short drive to all major attractions. Huge, functional rooms. Would stay there again.

The space and the convenience of kitchen appliances. There was a 24/7 convenience store next to the lobby as well.
Well, there was no porter service up to the room when I arrived, but that was no big thing for me though it would have been nice.

The rate was good and the room was large and comfortable. There was some construction taking place, which posed noise if you were in during the day.

large room, kitchen , gift for the kids

- Location, very central. You can go everywhere by foot (Parliament, Civilizations Museum, etc.) - The kitchen is very large and ou can cook for yourself (great, especially with children). But, the problem is there is only 3 plates...Ustensils also were missing. - you can watch TV while the kids sleep - Parking very expensive (during the week-end it's free in the street) - It s really a great hotel, I recommanded it ! ...read more

great hotel for a family! more than enough space and very well equipped.
parking is rather small and expensive.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a family or simply in need of more than just a hotel room. The full kitchen and high chair made the meals in the room a lot easier and we were fortunate enough to be able to get early check in and late check out to accommodate for comfortable naps for the kids. everything was great and clean, the only downside for family vacation is the fact that there is no pool. ...read more

It did has great room - we did not expect anything like that. Huge, comfortable, clean. Just awesome!
Would be perfect to have pool / sauna

Amazing hotel with great rooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV, plenty of space and VERY cozy. Location - 20 min walking distance to the Rideau Canal which is pretty good. Stuff is very friendly, lobby is amazing. Can not find anything bad.

Wonderful rooms, huge suites with a full kitchen (and many with two full bathrooms), and very well kept uhighertotels cannot match it. Doesn't have a pool, but there is a nicely equipped gym; the location is a several block walk from the main tourist (By
Probably the only feature that is problematic is the very tight spaces in the underground parking garage, but this is par for the course in most downtown Ottawa hotels.

Very nice, spacious suites, clean, and awonderful and courteous staff. One would expect y to pay much more for rooms this size and well furnished. Especially in the summer months when walking outdoors is a pleasant experience; it is near anywhere you'd want to visit in Ottawa. I highly recommend the Albert at Bay!

large rooms,very comfortable beds
being awoken and sent out of the hotel with a fire alarm!(When booking we were told no two bedroom suites were available, so we took two rooms. We were surprised that both were upgraded to two bedroom on arrival.)

very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Parking is $20/night. Location is good, but on the corner of two one way streets so plan you drive in advance.
