Great location. Great Scotch selection in the bar.
Internet was an additional charge. "Luxury bathing" meant a "large shower".

The location downtown and the proximity to the water front and stores downtown.
Did not like the wifi options...most of the hotels I have used in the past offered free wifi.

Good location and the staff was very pleasant...I would return.

The room was beautiful. The staff were exceedingly helpful and again, the room!
I did not like that they only offered valet for a fee of $40.00.

Upon check in we were greeted by a very kind bellhop - we got in really late and had a little one with us so the extra help was delightful! Our room was easy to get to and wonderfully designed. I have not one complaint about the hotel nor it's staff. The only thing that was only slightly unpleasant was the valet charge. We do not have pets but this is a pet friendly location which I think is great. There was no notice of anything 'unpleasant' from any animals and our little girl loved seeing a boxer being walked through the lobby! Such a great place!! ...read more

I liked the fact that the Library Bar was right there. Small but comfortable. 5 pm to 6 pm is the free wine tasting in the lobby.
You are pretty much forced to pay the $40 Valet parking. The rest of the public parking around it cost about the same. At least when you use valet parking your car is always close.

This hotel has no parking and is valet only. But $48.50 for valet in this area is very expensive.

parking was very expensive

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for sporting events and sight seeing. Staff were curtious and helpful. Room was large and clean. Although we did not bring our dog, the hotel was setup for pets. Overall an exceptional experience. Parking was expensive.

Room was small but great area close to Pike Place market, museum and shopping. Staff was excellent!
No. We were pleasantly surprised. We were a bit shocked at the $40 price to valet your car for one night.
