It was different from any hotel I've ever stayed in before, but in a great way. A very modern feel, but a warm staff that was very helpful. The lobby space was excellent too.
Everything about it was beyond my expectations. I would stay in this hotel whenever possible!
It was very close to the Dallas Convention Center, and only a short walk from Main Street and the restaurants/bars. There was a beautiful park directly across the street, and the staff was very helpful with directions/maps/recommendations for tourist activities. I did have some trouble with the locking of our door. However, the maintenance staff was excellent- they came immediately whenever needed and resolved the problem quickly. The cleaning service was great. The room was always clean and full of fresh towels. Overall, it was a great experience in the Aloft hotel, and I would love to stay here the next time I'm in town. It was pet friendly- even though there were pets though they were unnoticeable both sound wise and cleanliness. Noise was not a problem at all. ...

Good location, access to downtown, restaurants etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the decor and feel of the building and room

Good location, for everything downtown. Friendly and helpful staff, modern (industrial) building and rooms. No free breakfast, but you can buy a good breakfast for $5.00 or less.

Great location near convention center.
I had booked a suite with 2 queens and a foldout sofa bed. Instead I got wheelchair accessible standard double queen room with no sofa bed. Breakfast offerings were pretty substandard, just a bunch of prepackaged snacks and a few bananas. Hipster decor

The bartender, the room, the rocking chairs in the lobby, the ease of the internet, the bed, the suite, the funky changing colors of the elevator floors.
The price. The funky smell in the fitness room. The music and TV sounds competing in the hotel lobby.

A fantastic location for us to attend an event at the convention center. Room was great and the style was way cool.
No complimentary breakfast.
Location is great for downtown activities. Large parking for $10 a day ensures a parking spot for you. Overall a great place.

The staff was great! Called me by name everytime I saw them. The view was great as well. The shower was amazing! Huge and open with a frosted glass facing the room which I thought was cool.
House keeping banging on my door at 8 am while I was asleep wasn't good but not that big of a deal. The ice is kept downstairs and bagged up which I found odd and you have to ask for it.
Very cool hotel! So different from most hotels and the staff is great. The rooms are really cool with all the features that you would need and a few extras.
