The hotel was decorated beautifully and spelled like the tropics when you entered the main lobby. There were plenty of cushy chairs for sitting around and talking to friends and not have to be in our room. I wish we had time to use the pool. It looked very inviting.

This hotel is extraordinary. It's visually captivating and pleasing to your senses. Always fresh smelling, meticulously clean, fabulous front desk people - the moment you arrive they explain where your room is and ask if that location is acceptable to you. This was unheard of in the hotel industry until aloft came along!

Great hotel for all travelers, the pool was freezing and the staff isn't great, but other than that it is AWESOME!
