Aloft Nashville-Cool Springs

I always love staying at Aloft hotels they are fun and I love the decor. They supply you with 2 free water bottles everyday and the breakfast bar is a reasonable price. They also have a green program where you earn a $5.00 voucher if you refuse to have your room cleaned for the next day! The Cons are that it was noisy! The drain from the toilet would not stop running and I could hear the cars from the highway. I had to ask the front desk for earplugs! I'm also not sure if this if Priceline is at fault for the next problem but the hotel would not charge the credit card it was reserved under. The company I work for reserved the room under the company credit card and I had to call my boss at 8AM on a Sunday so he would agree to have them charge it to the company card! I would still continue to stay at Aloft Hotels but maybe next time make he reservation directly with the hotel if my company is paying for it. ...read more

LOVE this hotel. AMAZING, safe location (I am a local that has moved out of town and came home for Xmas). I didn't worry about our vehicle full of gifts in the parking lot. The area is awesome for shopping and dining as well as being close to downtown attractions without having to stay in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel. Location is very convenient. Unfortunately, with the convenience comes very noticeable road noise. Indoor pool is small but adequate. Very clean accommodations. If it weren't for the road noise, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel had everything we needed right at our finger tips. They offered complementary, already bagged ice, bottled water in the room, and refrigerators. The food was great and we loved that we could order late in the evening.

Hated this hotel. I expected a 3 star hotel.

Very nice upscale hotel. Very cool looking. The staff was great. On the down side, the beds are less than a one star hotel. My back hurt was so bad that I could hardly stand up in the morning. I think the floor would.have.felt better.

This hotel was very modern and had great features. My family and I loved the pool table located in the lobby even though, we happened to be staying the same time as a soccer team so we didn't get to play on it, but it was a nice addition and my kids were very excited about it.
