Very clean and nice hotel.
Our toilet had a MAJOR leak during the night (was a complete accident)...we woke up to water rushing everywhere but the staff quickly moved us to another room. It was just a minor inconvenience, not a big deal.
Very clean, sleek hotel. I would highly recommend.

My only issue is with the lighting in the room. It was a bit of a bother to not have a bedside lamp that could be turned off when going to sleep. Instead I had to get up and turn off all the lights with the switch by the front door.

The staff is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Carolyn was wonderful.
The location to the highway could be a little noisy.

Decor was unusual but I liked it, bed was comfortable.
Too much highway noise. Had to move my room after first night.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Highway noise was extremely loud. 4 rooms in our party and everyone had same complaint, noise was extreme! Ask for a room facing the workout facility next door.

It's a little hard to find the first time you are there.
I LOVE to stay at Aloft. I like the contemporary feel of the hotel and the clean lines of the rooms. Very efficient.
