Hotel Guest Reviews of the Aloft Washington National Harbor

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

plenty of outlets. good temp. control. friendly staff.ig windows. lighting.
I couldn't stopper the sink.

Covers the basics for a traveler who's staying for only 3-4 days or less and isn't going to spend lots of time in the room. Very friendly staff. No bathtub; no drawers, just shelves, and handy containers; limited place to hang clothing. Great for an individual traveler, probably more so for the individual male traveler. I am sure my wife would want drawers, a closet, and a bathtub. ...read more

The rooms are very different, the gentleman Van checked us in and he was GREAT! Atmosphere was so up beet and pleasant. An excellent experience.
The only thing I would change is the pool operation hours.

When we arrived the hotel was out of the exact room we had booked. Rather then telling us we were out of luck and giving us a different type of room, hotel staffed worked to make such a room available. Despite being immensely busy, customer service 110%.
The only, quite minor, drawback was a lack of storage space. This was due to the closet spacing being too short to hang long garments and none of the furniture having any drawers.

Even when staff is overwhelmingly busy, they work at the highest profession level to provide excellent customer service and to make sure you receive exactly what you reserved. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Definitely worth the cost.

Just one word, everything.

Loved the loft-styled rooms, nice bathrooms and walk in shower. Close to all the major attractions in the Washington area. Nice concept for breakfast, friendly and lovable staff, a lot of choice of restaurants nearby, everything was spot on during our stay.

Nice, New, Clean Rooms. Modern. Nice Shower. Salt water pool.
Lazy maids. Walls have been scratched by carts all over hotel and in rooms. watched as maid did it.

Great hotel for price. Great location. $11 for parking which is not bad for DC hotels. Need to watch their maids better. Watched as maid scratched up wall with cart and another maid just stood there on her phone as the other cleaned. Other than that rooms were cleaned well and hotel was new and interesting.

the walls were too thin, even the hair dryer in adjacent rooms and conversation at normal volume could be heard

I liked the location of the hotel. It was in an ideal proximity to Washington.
It is not an upscale hotel.
