Hotel Guest Reviews of the Aloft Washington National Harbor
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 22, 2013

Covers the basics for a traveler who's staying for only 3-4 days or less and isn't going to spend lots of time in the room. Very friendly staff. No bathtub; no drawers, just shelves, and handy containers; limited place to hang clothing. Great for an individual traveler, probably more so for the individual male traveler. I am sure my wife would want drawers, a closet, and a bathtub. ...

Even when staff is overwhelmingly busy, they work at the highest profession level to provide excellent customer service and to make sure you receive exactly what you reserved. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Definitely worth the cost.

Loved the loft-styled rooms, nice bathrooms and walk in shower. Close to all the major attractions in the Washington area. Nice concept for breakfast, friendly and lovable staff, a lot of choice of restaurants nearby, everything was spot on during our stay.

Great hotel for price. Great location. $11 for parking which is not bad for DC hotels. Need to watch their maids better. Watched as maid scratched up wall with cart and another maid just stood there on her phone as the other cleaned. Other than that rooms were cleaned well and hotel was new and interesting.
