Family Traveling with Young Children
We checked into the hotel late at night after calling ahead about 4 or 5 hours. They refused to let us have a bed with two beds because we have 2 small children, and there was barely any room besides the one bed that was in the room. The people in the room next to us could be heard down the hallway before we even got to our door. There must have been 4 or 5 people yelling and laughing. It was already 10:30 and the kids just wanted to go to bed, but it took till after 12:00 am. We complained to the lady at the desk twice but nothing was done about it. The basic thing needed was a good night's sleep, and we never got it. Stayed at this motel a few years before, but it has obviously gone downhill. Mold in the shower too! Don't stay at this motel if you want a good night's sleep. Had to sleep with the TV on to drown out the some of the noise. ...

The good part about this hotel was that the man in the office was nice. That is it. Everything else is not good.
You had my money and I was screwed.

This hotel should not even qualify for 1 star rating it was a truckers hotel location, old dingy, shower floor was dirty and so was carpet, also positive was that each room had inside doors. Did not have key cards each room had an old fashioned type key. It was just old and creepy for a women traveling alone.

They charged me FOUR times for my one-night stay and over drafted my bank account. Now I'm out $175. Called the hotel to resolve this issue. spoke to a man but forgot to take his name. he wasn't very helpful. I asked for his manager's name and # but he said there is no manager. finally, he gave me the name of the owner but not willing to provide me with a contact #. he told me to call back the next day and told me the lady on the next shift could refund me. I called the next day and she was very terse. she said she had solved the issue but didn't even let me explain my situation. She couldn't even let me know when my refund would go through. ...

The hotel was not "America's Best". It was old, run down and next to a land fill.

I would not return to this hotel. Extremely noisy due to ceramic hallway floors. When calling the front desk number, the person that answered was not on the property to handle the noise complaint. Was kept awake on Saturday night until 3:30am Sunday morning by partying residents. I will never stay here again.
