If you enjoyed dead roaches all over the kitchen and bathroom then this place is for you. If you enjoy entering neighboring rooms to diseased animals then check this place out.

The location I had originally booked had somehow been over-booked, so I was asked to stay at the newer location that was closer to the Strip for the same price. I was originally okay with this until seeing the room. I paid to have a kitchenette. The original location had stoves and fridges, this location had a mini-fridge and a microwave that was tucked into the same area as the sink, closet and mirrors. The room was lacking a TV remote (when I did obtain one, it had no batteries and had to be re-programed), no trash can and no hangers. One of the beds kept constantly falling off of the frame and had to be lifted and the frame adjusted again for the bed to lay on it. The room was stocked with one roll of toilet paper for a guest that was staying for a week and the maids never came into the room. Despite the fact that the maids never came into the room while I was there, I found it odd that I continually found large tangles of long, dark curly hair laying in the middle of the floor. This is odd because I have blonde hair and it is buzzed to the scalp. No matter what time of day or night I took a shower, the one thing I could always be sure of was that the water temperature would always change while I was showering. It would go from my setting to lukewarm to ice cold and back again at least 5 different times during a 10 minute shower. Some of these things might seem like easy fixes by saying something to the hotel staff, however, these are also things that should not have to be brought up to the hotel staff if they were doing what they should be doing in the first place. Will never stay at Stay Suites again and will never recommend that anyone else does either! I honestly feel that I should have been the one that received payment for staying at this hotel.

The office lobby was robbed the last night we were there. They cleaned our room, but did not vacuum. Remotes were missing; TV in one room did not have cable. We notified office and it was still not done. No door tags so that we would not be bothered during cleaning time.
