yes the owner did not want to honor my confirmation from priceline. So he charges me an extra 10.00 he says that is tax which is bull because tax should of been 5.5%in wisconsin.

The location was very good. It was very easy to come and go from the hotel.
The towels in the room had stains on them. For paying the price of what we paid it was not worth the price.
The overall score of the hotel was a 3 because the price was too high and the cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The pool was clean, but the whirlpool had hair by it and it also had a band aide right next to it that was used. The stained towels in the room was a major turn off. If you are going to pay a huge price then the hotel should be it great shape and the cleanliness should be above par. ...

Snowmobile trail next door.
The pool area was poorly lite.
Very quite stay. Pool room lights could have been on instead of just the emergency lights. Made it hard for the kids to see while swimming at night.

Average room nice decor in the lobby area
The fridge in the room stunk so bad that you hated to open it. Also the pool and hottub had ring lines and not clean.
