Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americas Best Value Inn - Corte Madera

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nothing. It is a dump.
It is a dump.

The room looked like it was a sleazy hotel. The bed was hard as a rock. The bath was crude. The shower had water so hard & fast the shower curtain looked like it was in a tornado. The room was cold and the heater ran on one temperature. Too damn.

Location and price.
Old, loud and dirty.

The room door does not fit and you get the smells (smoking) and sounds (freeway) of everything going on outside plus you don't feel 100% safe. The fixtures were old, but sufficient.

Hotel staff could not understand English and knew nothing of the area. Low class rentals..

It's time to demolish it.

Needs remodeling and new linens.

Definitely one star, 1/2 if possible. Pretty gross.

Simple, clean, and quiet.
Not much parking and the spaces are small.

Well-priced for the locale, convenient to food and other shopping, perfectly located for the conference I attended. Rooms are small, but adequate. TV is large flat-screen HD. More than met my needs, since I only needed a room for sleeping.

Everything

The continental breakfast consisted of a coffee machine and old costco danishes. When asked for wash clothes they brought hand towels because they were out of wash clothes.

Broken Fridge, toilet and no heat. Oh and the noise and smoke from other rooms.

Go elsewhere!

It was close to our destination the following day.
Bathroom door would not close! It was the wrong door clearly. Terrible bed, too much noise from the freeway.

The bedroom was nicely decorated.
The bathroom had a ugly patched area on the wall and the shower "floor" was cracked and wobbly.
