A good alternative to higher-priced chains. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, small but adequate. Courteous, friendly front desk. Ordinary breakfast but there's a good waffle maker. I was very pleased with my stay.
Book directly with hotel rather than through Priceline. Better rate.

not a good stay for the price - nice people on staff - friendly - breakfast OK. I am staying at a much better Best Value Inn now in Duluth a really good value for the money

felt safe!! clean. ok for a overnight on the way through town. nice location. Laundry!!! a big plus! and breakfest.
no. all cosmetic issues but didn't keep ne from sleeping!
Iid stay here again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but for the price it is great. Very quiet and comfortable. great for the stop over on your journey up or down 94.

The room was ok, the beds were ok, a little hard. The bathrooms were very, very small and the water didn't drain quickly. I hate being in a public restrrom and the water is pooling at your feet.
Everything was outdated.

No, everything just fine!
Booked room on Priceline, very affordable for our 2 night stay! We chose this hotel for this reason and also location, close to restaurants and shopping! Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff tho limited was very friendly!

The breakfast room was clean and there were more food choices than I expected.
Designated pet rooms were on 2nd floor down long hallway. Should be on 1st floor near exit door.

The room was clean, bed was hard, but got good sleep regardless! Staff was nice and friendly!
The bed was hard but slept well!
I will recommend this hotel to family and friends! Liked the location within driving distance to food, and gas, and shopping!
