Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americas Best Value Inn Frankfort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 14, 2013

It is an old place that needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The personnel try to do well for you but there is no way because all the problems are too intense. Maybe a remodel would get rid of the odors, maybe not. They use a generic picture for the outside of the building because it does not look like the one you actually see when you get there. I have stayed at two other America's Best Value Inns that were nice. This one is a dump compared to the others. ...

Driving up to this hotel we were apprehensive about staying. Stuck back where there's nothing else, the outside run down, the look of all the room air conditioners in the windows needing repair it did not look good. All rooms are accessible through the front lobby but the hallways were clean and the room ok. The staff seemed to be a family and were very friendly.

Overall, especially for the price in comparison with other places, it was fine.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that I thought needed a hotel in Frankfort.

This is a good place to stay for out of town workers or If you need a place for s night or two. The room I was in had two standard beds with a TV and mini fridge. Breakfast consists of milk, coffee and prewrapped pastries. I brought my own box of cereal and poured myself a cup of milk and ate in my room. I liked the fact that entry into the rooms was accessed after you passed thru the lobby. I liked that feature better than Motel 8's immediate air in your face as soon as you open the door approach. The bed was so-so, but I slept ok. The room was clean and the Inn quite while I was there. ...

the hotel did not have a very secure parking lot, and signs were posted to warn you of possible losses. the hotel was located on a main road, with shopping centers close by, the rooms were fair, but relatively clean. the beds were soft and hurt our backs.
