Breakfast was terrible....plumbing in room ran very slow actually had to get a plunger for shower and toilet

If this was fixed would be all 10's

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
The room felt moist inside and reeked of must/mildew. My allergies flared up instantly and made me want to leave and go somewhere else. There was no fridge in the room (as was stated on priceline) and outlets to plug in chargers were not easily accessed

If you have incredibly low standards or don't suffer from allergies, feel free to stay here. Otherwise, don't get cheap at the wrong time! Go to the Comfort Inn Suites RIGHT across the street. Same location, but better hospitality. I woke up with my throat completely raw and my nose running and eyes puffy. I would have complained, but probably just would have been put in a room with the exact same problems. Spend the extra money somewhere else and remove this fear of a crummy experience. ...read more

The staff was more than helpful with their limited resources.
The rm was horrible. The extra set of towels handed to me by the desk clerk were dingy &worn out. The mattress and box screen had stains on i resembling blood or sum sort of bodily fluid on he side of the bed. I was afraid to sleep i brought new sheets

Don't stay here. The staff were friendly but the rms looked like something Oprah investigated years ago. And there was no real breakfast unless u consider juice (just oj and cranberry),cold cereal, and muffins breakfast.

The staff was helpful. Location great.
Pillows like rocks. Toilet difficult to flush. Heater sounded like a jet engine. There was an open drink in the ancient refrigerator.

The only thing likeable about this hotel was the price and the friendly desk clerk with whom I initially dealt, although we observed him enter a room full of partiers and not exit.
My room was occupied! My son's room was dirty, musty & the toilet was running, covering the floor with water. The second clerk with whom I dealt was NOT friendly or helpful, informing me that there were no other rooms, but offering to call maintenance!

Not a clean, comfortable hotel; not in a "safe" area; staff not consistent, not friendly, not professional, not honest; not a deal!

The hotel was way better than I expected after reading the other reviews. The room we had was clean, spacious and very adequate with a fridge, micro and tv. I would stay there again.

Bathroom sink didn't drain.Non smoking room had air circulating from smoking rooms. Could not run heat unless we wanted the smell of smoke. Staff seemed annoyed that we reported this.

Don't expect much if you stay here.

When I arrived for check in, the desk clerk was right outside the entry door smoking and asked me if I was looking for her. She did not appear to be an employee therefore I had to say to her if she worked there then yes I was there to check in. When I arrived in the room I was looking for Internet connection info. The hotel info was written on and colored on.

Air Conditioner worked great, Friendly office reception and very good house keeping.
"Deluxe" Continental Breakfast was cereal, pool was cloudy.

The hotel; not Priceline misrepresented the amenities - There are no coffee pots in the rooms, coffee only for breakfast in office area, no hair dryer.. but you could get a steam iron from the office. a Deluxe Continental breakfast should be more than cereal, milk coffee and juice. On Saturday the also put out mini bagels and cream cheese.
