Hotel Guest Reviews of the Drums Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 9, 2013

Unfortunatley, we were very disappointed with our room. The description and the pictures of the "room" made it look very inviting. There was no heat, and we had to wake up the manager at 10:30 to get a tower heater to use. He showed his displeasure that we had tried to use the wall unit and implied we had messed up the whole system. The faucet in the bathroom was so loose you had to hold on to it to use it. We could have handled most of it if only there had been some coffee or at least hot water for tea. The coffeemaker in the lobby was not ready for for anyone to use, and the bins of cereal looked uninviting. We expected a "thank you" before we left, but he handed us the receipt and went about his business. We decided he didn't want us to come back anymore than we would have wanted to. ...

When I booked the room online it was for a King bed with fridge,tv and microwave. When I checked in it was a twin bed, no fridge, no microwave and their was a space heater in the middle of the room. I walked back out to the check in counter and said to the man working that the room was not what I had booked. He said the king bed room was not ready yet. Check in started at 11:30am I was there to check in at 12:30pm. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ...

This was a decent budget hotel, but they need to either offer the amenities as advertised, or change their listing. I chose this hotel based on price, amenities offered, and location as per what I found on the Priceline listing description.
