Solo Traveler
Most unfriendly, unresponsive front desk I've met in 20+ years of traveling. I felt as if I was an inconvenience to them. Desk was often unmanned. Wi-Fi Internet was unreliable and very slow, even during peak hours. Room and toilet obviously not inspected before I checked in. Even TV remote doesn't work. Maybe, just maybe, if the staff or owners had been semi-friendly this all could be overlooked, but they weren't, not even remotely. ...

Solo Traveler
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located on the main highway in Kilgore. They have a pool, serve free breakfast every morning (eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, cereal, & waffles), along with coffee, OJ, & milk. All the doors to the rooms are inside. Guests must use their room keys to get into the side entrances, and the front entrance after 9 pm. This hotel has an exercise room, along with a nice sized meeting room, as well as a computer with Internet access for guests to use. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.
