Family Traveling with Young Children
while my son was swimming in pool area, the construction workers were going through the pool area to go outside and get building materials and bring them back through the pool area to bring up to the front of the hotel. not real pleased with it being winter.

Couple
We were given a room that was already occupied.. staff thought it was funny, she laughed and giggled the whole time she was trying to get us another room, as well as one male staff member implied we were lying about someone was already staying in the room. Very disrespectful!!! The room we ended up staying in smelled horrible, hair in tub, fixtures badly water stained, towels small and skimpy, bathroom door hit toilet when opened and closed. Would NEVER recommend or stay there again! ...
