Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americas Best Value Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location was good. Staff was helpful when Priceline/Agoda dropped the ball and did not send the room reservation.
Toilets did not want to flush, room was very small.

The rooms were small and the card keys did not work. We spent over an hour two nights trying to get into our rooms.
most everything. It was a very bad experience. The graveyard staff should be fired. She was rude and did not help us get into our room when we were locked out.

At this point I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not use this hotel again.

Easy walk to the Trop and MGM. Coco's diner just off the property was a pretty good stop for a quick meal.
In the first room the heater did not function. In the second it was very noisy. Both had very little space to hang your clothes. No towell bars... seriously? I received 1 bug bite during my stay.

Likely built in the early 70s (or perhaps 60s) and sandwiched between Motel 6 and Howard Johnsons I suspect either Motel 6 or HJs would have been a nicer stay. The staff was nice enough but this is one well worn motel. The heater in the first unit was inoperative and was moved to a second. The heater worked in that unit but was noisy. There was little provision for hanging clothes and no towell bars. ...read more

Hotel was located in a great area.Unfortunately it has fallen on hard times. If a hotelier with adaquate finances owned this inn, they would recoup the infestment with better occupancy.
I knew what I was purchasing. A one star hotel, you realize you don't have all the luxuries of a 2 or 3 star ...but no hot water in the sink or no water in the tub whatsoever is a little rediculous.

Yes. we did save money, but the water situation was not amusing. Also, the last night of our stay we were locked out of the room...had to walk from building 8 to the office...1/4 mile each way!!!to get another keycard. It was my second stay. Most probably our last

the Location could not be better, it was great location and the price can not be beaten. I did not expect much for the price that I have paid. the rooms are very basic and they offer what it is needed , no luxury !If you have a budget in mind, a
well I can't complain much since I have paid a low price to stay there. as I have said they have basic rooms

As previously said, it is well located ,right off the the strip, near the best hotels in Vegas , it does not offer much but it will give you a place to stay for a low price. that is what You should keep in mind if you decide to stay there.I would stay there again.

Nothing to be liked
I m pretty sure that 20 words are not enough to express my dissatisfaction.

Stuffy rooms with no ventilation.. no elevators, hardly any room service. cockroaches in the room, broken furniture. In short the worst ever place to stay in Vegas. It just ruined my entire stay at Vegas.

Location
Dirty small and cranky staff.

Very dirty, and very small. If you don't plan on being in your room except to sleep its alright. Worn out beds.
