Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americas Best Value Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 25, 2013

Likely built in the early 70s (or perhaps 60s) and sandwiched between Motel 6 and Howard Johnsons I suspect either Motel 6 or HJs would have been a nicer stay. The staff was nice enough but this is one well worn motel. The heater in the first unit was inoperative and was moved to a second. The heater worked in that unit but was noisy. There was little provision for hanging clothes and no towell bars. ...

Yes. we did save money, but the water situation was not amusing. Also, the last night of our stay we were locked out of the room...had to walk from building 8 to the office...1/4 mile each way!!!to get another keycard. It was my second stay. Most probably our last

As previously said, it is well located ,right off the the strip, near the best hotels in Vegas , it does not offer much but it will give you a place to stay for a low price. that is what You should keep in mind if you decide to stay there.I would stay there again.

Stuffy rooms with no ventilation.. no elevators, hardly any room service. cockroaches in the room, broken furniture. In short the worst ever place to stay in Vegas. It just ruined my entire stay at Vegas.

Very dirty, and very small. If you don't plan on being in your room except to sleep its alright. Worn out beds.
