Hotel was decent. But television did not work for most of the night. Satellite was going in and out.

Nothing fancy about this place, but it's clean and well staffed, and has micro and fridge.
Rooms are ready for a face lift.
This is a no frills motel, staffed by the pleasant and helpful owners. Located on Manteca's main street just east of freeway 99, it offers a clean basic place to stay, if slightly in need of a face lift.
