Hotel Guest Reviews of the West Park Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 5, 2013

My advice is to avoid this hotel. Spend a few dollars more and find a real hotel. This place is more like an apartment complex with no kitchens. Rooms are small, barely enough for 2 people.

During the night we woke up with one group of clients making lots of noise, they even turn on the fire alarm and nobody from the hotel did something. The next day when we checked out they said that we should had called the front desk, but it's expensive when we consider the overall quality of the room and the hotel.

Excellent choice for someone who is not looking to pay for a ritzy hotel, but still wants something clean and comfortable.

The America's Best Value in on 4th Avenue is surprisingly chic. The staff are very friendly.

The room has a bed, a desk and not much else. Luckily, I did not spend much time in the room, otherwise, I would have considered checking out to find another hotel. I was on a non-smoking floor, but there were at least 5 people, I encountered that were smoking in the hallway. Some of the guests looked a little shady, so I always double and triple checked my door. Pack some earplugs if you stay here, because it is directly in the airport's landing path. Planes are only a few dozen feet overhead all night. The breakfast is what you would expect from a budget hotel/motel. One of the lone bright spots of my stay was the front desk staff. They were always friendly and accommodating to questions. ...
