Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americas Best Value Inn Sun City

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Freeway access was great
The bed covers could be updated

It's not a 5 star hotel, however for the price its not bad to stay for a couple of days. Overall ir really isn't that bad.

Very nice and helpful staff, great location, spacious room, super nice to have fridge and micro in room, bathroom and room
was very clean.
Beds were super uncomfortable, hard, and pillows, too, upgrade these. I would definitely stay again. Also maybe offer a piece of fruit with continental breakfast.

I would highly recommend this motel to guests that want a spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. Great value for amenities like pool, fridge and microwave in room. Just bring your own mattress topper if you don't like super firm mattresses, we had two full size beds and both were super hard.

It was cheap.
Felt like "Bates' Motel", very creepy, weird stains on the mattress..

The price and having a refrigerator and microwave and coffee and danish for the morning in office.
Not having a coffeemaker and not very clean and some bugs..

This was the only hotel that was in the area. Motel 6 was across and it was nicer. The room kind of old and there were big black bugs. It did have a refrigerator and microwave and continental breakfast which was coffee or juice and a danish.

Close to the freeway and cheap price
It feels like renting an appartment not a hotel setting. Looks very strange

It was OK for one night to sleep. I was not able to open the curtin to get some day light since people in a large group were sitting outside and I had no privacy. Light of the room is too dim (depressing)

Close to freeway I needed.
Dirty looking, run down.

Good for the money and if you weren't staying in the room long, but only to have somewhere to sleep.
