Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americas Best Value Inn Warrenton

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The owners/staff were very professional and nice. For the price, it was all and more than I expected.

Perfect location, staff very friendly and helpful, always pleasant. Very clean.
Room too small for king sized bed. Room refrigerator needs to be updated, as well as light fixtures.

Very clean and bed comfortable for the price. Great location for anything happening in Warrenton, MO. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Staff was courteous and helpful.
The room assigned to me was a smoking room (I am a non-smoker). The carpet was dirty and the room shows signs of age and long use. Edges of the bed spread were frayed, furniture was scratched and marred, there was no paper on which to leave a note.

If the hotel were as nice as the staff I would recommend it. It is (for me) just a relatively inexpensive place to spend the night while on the road to somewhere else.

The hotel room was incredibly clean, and the front desk worker/owner was very kind and accommodating.
It needs some updating, and the breakfast could use a makeover.

Older hotel that is in a run down location. No amenities to speak of. It's just your basic hotel room for a night's stay. The place was clean and the price was right. It's worth that but not much more.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. I was concerned because the price was so low, but it was totally adequate.

A very pleasant motel with an accommodating staff for a traveler. While the building was older, the accommodations and breakfast were the same as most Interstate exit motels. I would stay again.

The staff.
The upkeep hasn't been updated since the 60s, the smell was awful, it was musky and gross.

Do not recommend unless you don't care at all what the conditions of the place are. If the family has the funds to remodel, it is in order.
I would rather camp in a tent.

That they gave us our money back (we had prepaid).
The on-line picture of the room in "no way" was accurate!

The room was dirty, had bugs on the wall & the pillow case was either dirty or stained. The toilet would not flush. We checked out immediately. The only positive thing about the hotel was that they did give us our money back.

Family owned and operated - very friendly!
The place looked deserted when we puled up - no shade.

Budget, but comfortable.

The bed was comfortable.
No air-conditioning in halls and dining room. Run down place...floor not clean/ poor towels/dinky swimming pool.

We stayed in the same name hotel in Florida and it was much better quality than this one. We were disappointed with the presentation of the room, was run down and the floor seemed dirty. The dining area was hot and unappealing, coffee was bad and frankly we didn't feel like eating breakfast there. Although the bed was comfortable, the room is much to be desired. It needs better decorating, better towels and a cleaner carpet. The TV was difficult to get to work as well. ...read more
