Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americinn Fort Smith

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was nice
We were not able to get a room with two beds. That was not the hotel's fault. Priceline does not give the option of requesting two beds.

Hotel was fine

It was perfect for my daughter. The pool, close to the mall & McDonalds. She's a picky eater. Amanda at the front desk was really really nice.
The breakfast part. It says tell 10 but the workers didn't keep food in there. Around 8:30 i had to ask if there was anymore. 1 of the days they started shutting stuff down before 10 & the orange juice was waterd down. Don't have baby beds u can barrow.

If u have kids its a good place to stay because its 3min from the mall, walmart, skating ring, chuck e cheese & more. The motel is also good there's an indoors pool, hot tub, sana & work out room. Amanda that works the desk it nice. Wish they had baby beds that u would barrow. I have a teen & baby.

Very nice for a great price. We loved the indoor pool.
The front desk staff clerk at night was a little odd and somewhat unkept. However the morning front desk staff was great.

Great hotel for a reasonable price. We picked this one for the indoor pool which they keep open 24 hours. It was also very clean and close to good restaurants and the mall.

I am disabled and was able to get a room on the first floor. Great breakfast.
Someone set off the fire alarm and I had trouble getting back to sleep.

I really enjoyed the hotel and will stay there from now on.

I did not know the room we would be assigned had to be a smoking room. That is usually an option but, because of prior booking by a church conference, we were assigned smoking and the room and hall had a strong smoke odor.

The hotel staff were nice and tried to accomodate guests. Breakfast was good as was service. We rented the room in order to use the indoor pool. On Sat. morning, we were forced to leave the pool at 9 AM because they had a military group there for training (this after we had called to make sure the pool was available since that was what our 6 year old wanted to do.)

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean (I especially loved the pillows on the bed, very comfy),I could use my computer, it was very quiet, and the hotel was close to shopping and resturaunts. I would definetly go back.

The room was clean, and the staff were nice. The location was also a nice addition as it was right off the highway.
The cleaning staff barged in at 9:00am, even with a Do NOT Disturb sign. The continental breakfast was lacking, but I did get to it with only an hour left.

Great hotel to spend the night, and get a good nights sleep. Good Location, Good Price, Nice Staff.
