Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americinn Mankato Hotel & Conference Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location was close to MNSU campus, was very clean and nice. the staff was friendly and very helpful and more than met our expectations. We will defiantly be staying there again when we visit our son.

Close to the campus, good breakfast, great rooms and staff. Will stay there again.

Continental breakfast was served, pool for the kids, decent sized room
No elevator - and we were on the 2nd floor. A little cumbersome!

It is a great location - all kinds of food options nearby, the rooms were decent sized and clean. The bathroom area was very small so with the family it gets a little congested. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the continental breakfast.

the location
fire alarm went off in middle of night, no explaination was given, no announcements that night or the next morning. The room was not made up after the first nite stay.

The water pressure in the shower!

My room and the general areas of the hotel were neat and clean. The staff took care of the common areas very well.

It was nice and quiet. Everything and place were clean. Nice staff
The room was small, OK for one person but might seemed cramped if 2 people were there

The location.
Dirty carpet in room. Pool water was cold. Could not check in earlier than 3.

Friendly staff. Very busy hotel. Dirty carpet made the entire room feel dirty. Liked the convenience of the location, Mankato marathon week-end which this event was held around the MSU campus.

Great location for family events and
staff accommodating.
The pool was so cold! Kids didn't seem to mind, but they couldn't swim for very long before lips were blue! For adults it was way too cold, the hot tub was warm.

Had a situation with
clean sheets on the bed, when brought to managements attention there was quick resolution.
Otherwise we had no other issues.
