The staff fixed a problem with our priceline room. It was advertised as a suite, but did not have the amenities they advertised on priceline. They fixed this for us.
Priceline said it was a double room suite and it was not.

a little old looking and run down, but they did their best and the rooms were nice.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and nice!
Although very clean, it could use more wall decor.. cosmetic and not needed but would be nice

I was very impressed with the hotel staff. I was upgraded for some reason and we were very pleased with the room. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub for I had a Triathlon in Lake Geneva the next morning. The rooms were clean and quiet. It's no luxury hotel but it was comfortable and perfect for the occasion.

Staff was excellent. Bfast selection was great.
Room a little smelly but seemed to be bc of city's water.

Excellent stay. Staff was very helpful. Maid went out her way to make certain I did not need more amenities. Breakfast selection had a large variety of hot/cold and was good. Hotel was very clean. Good for an overnight stay. Was attending a concert in East Troy. I highly recommend this location (15 min drive to Alpine Valley).

I came into contact with that worked at the hotel and my room was wonderful. i would definitely go back and stay there should
I ever travel to that area again.

The lady at the counter in the afternoon and evening was great. Very friendly and helpful.
The young man at the counter in the morning kept disappearing, Had to call him several times to get help and he wasn't keeping the breakfast up!

Good location, Friendly evening staff.

The bathroom was not up to the cleanly standard that I like.
