The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was ok.
One of the light switches was not operating.
The price was fair and amenities were also good. A nice pool and hot tub provided a place for relaxation. It was a restful place without noise from other rooms or the outside. It is a place to recommend.

location and helpful staff. Pool was warm which was nice.
remodeling and so the hotel wasn't very clean. The pool chemicals were off and were burning everyone's eyes.

The pool area was FANTASTIC!
Not very sound proof. Any noise from the hallway was clearly heard.
Overall, our stay at the AmericInn Oshkosh was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, however the staff did not have a very strong knowledge of the area or local attractions. We would definitely consider staying at the AmericInn Oshkosh again.

Nice pool. Good location.
No elevator. Carpet had a stain. No public computer.
Overall the hotel was OK. We have stayed at Americinn's before and this one was just a little short of the standard we have seen elsewhere but still a fair value.
