Very clean.
I would recommend the Americinn to anyone traveling through Okoboji. The lobby is beautiful so first impressions are great, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and updated.

The location was great. Close to everything, easy to get to.
The staff was unable/unwilling to fix basic plumbing problems in the room

The room was clean, hot tub was clean and nice, staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good.
My shower was not very hot and lacked water pressure.

Very quiet rooms and nice whirlpool tub.
Lack of enforcement in pool.
Overall experience of the stay was good. We checked in early and enjoyed local attractions and used the hotel as main spot to go the many different ways.
