Group Traveler
Hotel was in great condition, the breakfast and staff lovely. Just across from the hotel was a bus taking us back to the airport in not time. All in all a great experience.

Perfect location. Did not eat at the hotel. Many great places to eat close by. The Pancake Corner 2 blocks away had a great breakfast with pancakes (crepes) with lots of toppings to choose from and eggs etc. Would definitely stay there agin

Business Traveler
It's a Marriott. It could be anywhere. In a way, that's its charm, and in a way that's its downfall. The tarriffs for breakfast and Intenet connectivity are huge. But considering it's on a major road and several major tram-lines, it's very quiet, and very well located.

the location of this hotel is excelent. the romms and all accomodations are great for the price. the hotel staff was very helpful.

Senior Travelers
Seemed more like a 3 or 4 star hotel, plain architecture in an area of beautiful old buildings. Ceilings were fairly low. Excellent room. Busy hotel. But it is very expensive in Amsterdam in general, and not a city you should take your rental car and park it. 49 Euros (going up to 55 Euros in October 2012) is
bad - the car cost less than half of that per day!
