We were there for a Disney trip with our Two year old son. The staff was very helpful
The parking cost $16 per day! They also charged a lot of money for local calls $1 per call and I had trouble getting ahold of someone so that added up. We made a 10 minute call to Los Angeles and that cost over $8!

They should really consider the ridiculously long hallways when they put a two year old in the room at the end of one, that was a bit painful considering our key didn't work more than once. There was no disposal toothbrush/toothpaste in the bathroom. Internet is not accessible you have to pay.

The hotel is very nice but the color of the carpet on the floors are boring looks old for the kind of lobby they have.

The room was very clean. I had trouble with the door keys given, a little confusion at check in and where my luggage was but it all worked out. Disappointed there was a cost for the gym, that was not stated on hotel description

There was nothing that I particularly liked about this hotel, except a few members of the staff that were friendly.
I wish I had known that parking would cost $16 per day, and that the internet would cost $13 per day. After parking fees and internet fees this room was more expensive than we wanted and the quality of the hotel wasn't worth it.

This hotel is very busy, and there are fees around every corner! Parking is $16 per day, internet is $12.95 per day. There is a lot of traffic in the lobby due to the shopping and restaurant which makes the wait for an elevator a bit long. Oh and by the way make sure you board the elevator quickly because we took too long once and the doors began closing and didn't stop as we were trying to get in the elevator (scary!!!). Don't be fooled by the pictures, the beds are not as they appear. After removing the fluffy bedding the beds are old and thin and not very comfortable. The faucet in the bathroom leaked, which wasn't a huge deal. After being a week into vacation we had to do some laundry and chose the onsite laundry room. The front load washing machines smelled like mildew. After putting a $2 detergent in one washing machine, the coin hole was jammed so our soap was wasted. I was so mad I decided laundry could wait. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Disneyland. This hotel doesn't offer a shuttle, you have to cross over to another hotel and buy a shuttle ticket for their shuttle. Room was large and bed was really comfortable. Shower head brand new and strong!

I stayed there while I was on a conference at convention center. They were attached to each other. Staff were really polite and sweet I didn't care much for Mix restaurant the waiter was in rush to bring the check and send us out :)) oh well maybe he had a long day!
