Hotel Guest Reviews of the Andaz 5Th Avenue - A Hyatt Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(1) | Solo Traveler(2) | Traveling as Couple(3) | Family with Teens(1)

Very large for NYC, very clean. Friendly staff.
Somewhat awkward bathroom layout; toilet room did not have door and bathroom doors did not lock. Very minimal decor as well.

phenomenal staff; attentive and accomodating; provided with free room upgrade
Modern, attractive chic hotel with extremely personable staff. Staff anxious to answer any questions or provide services to facilitate your stay. Beautifully-appointed room with free mini-bar (excluding alcoholic drinks).

This was an amazing and centrally located hotel with beautiful decor and excellent service.
One of the hotel guest representatives said she would make dinner arrangements and never did. We were on our own.
I would highly recommend it!

Very difficult to find, outside signage very weak, and nothing to attract your eye.

Extremely friendly and efficient service. The room was very modern and surreal. I LOVED it!
I own a traditional ante-bellum home and I LOVED this hotel. Totally out of my comfort zone, I decided to "just go with it" and I'm so glad I did. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The bathroom was exceptional and definitely noteworthy.
