Hotel Guest Reviews of the Andaz Wall Street - A Hyatt Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Great place to stay when doing the Five Boro Bike tour. Parking is close by and discounted when you stay at the hotel.

For the reputation that comes with this level of hotel I expected a bit more attention to details in the room. Construction (paint, tile, windows etc.) had been poorly completed with scratches on walls/floors, incomplete seals an damaged exterior windows.

Enjoyable stay at this hotel, found it clean and comfortable. This hotel was close to all the subway and bus lines and also the seaport. We used the bikes that were available although found them heavy and with weak coaster brakes. We were on level 9 which is not 9 storeys up and heard some traffic noise. Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks were nice, I would stay there again. ...

My adult daughter and I enjoyed an excellent long weekend getaway in Manhattan and loved this hotel as our base. Very helpful and friendly staff, large room, comfortable bed, easy access to subway system, quiet area on weekend, interesting eateries on nearby Stone Street, easy walk to Staten Island Ferry terminal. We definitely recommend the Andaz Wall Street and hope to stay there again in the future. ...

We got this hotel for the Five Boro Bike Ride which begins in the financial district. The hotel had no issues with us bringing our bikes into the hotel and there was plenty of space for the bikes in the comfortable, modern room. The hotel staff was always pleasant and helpful, even walking one of our bikes out to our car when we left. We loved the location; within easy walking distance of the Seaport, Pier 17 and Battery Park. There were great bagels around the corner at Leo's Bagels and plenty of other great restaurants in the area. We loved the Andaz! ...

THe location, within sound of Battery Park and on Wall St is both a plus and minus: Hard to get to first time though, but perfect spot to stage tour of area and then expanded tour of city

Overall a very pleasant hotel with comfortable large rooms and nice public spaces. The restaurant looked good and was busy, though I did not dine there. Downtown location was actaully quite nice and quiet at weekend, and convenient to reach the center via subway.
