Great location and nice breakfast room.
There are lots and lots of steps to get to lobby and rooms-no lift.
Really great hotel in terrific location right by Rialto bridge. Accommodating staff, very nice breakfast room overlooking grand canal. Rooms small-but rich wall covering. Overall great experience and recommend for all. Do recommend only for those whoever that can handle 4 sets of stairs to get to lobby and rooms.
