Friendly helpful staff. Nice rooms. Free parking. Close to bus stop for easy transportation to Venice.
A nice place if you want to have a little distance from all the tourists in Venice (and save some money). It is very close to a bus stop and just 15 minutes from Venice drop off point. Good breakfast and wireless internet included.

The hotel was beautiful externally and the room was nice and comfortable as well.
We had no idea which bus stop to get off at and we had a bit of trouble.
The hotel was fabulous and the staff as well. The hotel was very nice and had a beautiful facade with wisteria and grapevines growing all over the front of it.
