The room was amazing with all the cool gadgets. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location on the strip.
We were charged MUCH more than expected. We paid
XXX originally, then I paid another 35 to upgrade to a room with two queens, then we paid the 28 resort fee, then the hotel charged us another fee,not sure what for? So, this room ran us XXX.

I really liked the hotel, but it ended up being too much money with all the hidden fees. I would have chosen another hotel if I had known we would end up paying almost a hundred dollars over what we paid to priceline.

I guess it was during some sort of black out thing We waited inline for hours!
Well I broke my ankle that night so I called for a wheelchair the next day, I told her "I think I broke My ankle last night, she said oh no sorry, so I asked for a wheelchair she says sure come get It?!?!?!! Really I just told you I broke my damn
Hotel was nice, should have gotten some sort Of "freebie" for the trouble, probably won't stay Again.

The location.
The room was extremely dirty and the valets were not very friendly or helpful.
I would not return, their customer service was not good and they seemed very non-chalant about the stuff I found in my dirty sheets. Although the location was great, I don't think it was worth the price and hassles.

the room was amazing. We told them it was our anniversary and they sent over complimentary chocolate covered strawberries!
* The elevators were not indicative of a 5-star hotel. I've stayed at many hotels in Vegas and these elevators were very unattractive. * No fridge in room. Could have rented one for $25 a night.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel!

You could hear through the walls more than I would ave expected at this level.
