Hotel Guest Reviews of the Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 26, 2013

I would definitely recommend the Biltmore, it is an awesome resort. If you can, try not stay for just one night - you will be missing out on everything this place has to offer. When I have the time, I love spending a week here. Expect everything to be pricey, but even without a car in Phoenix, they have a shuttle to the Biltmore shopping center, and you can walk a few places from there to get whatever you need. A great experience overall, one that I will partake in again. One thing to know: the waterslide in one of the main pools is not going to amaze you with it's speed. The Hotel is a special place that has been beautifully maintained. To truly appreciate one needs to stop and observe every element. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The Arizona Biltmore deserves its reputation as one of North America's splendid resort properties. Very well located next to a major shopping center, it's a great place to spend an extended romantic weekend.

Some of the rooms are dark and despite of the no smoking rule, smell like smoke. The cottages are right along the paths where the crowds walk by constantly, so avoid the cottages. I had purchase for a room with a view and was shuttled about the placed to three rooms which were each worse than the last. I finally made a big stink about it, and got in fact a lovely room--which no doubt was a major upgrade, but what I had really cared about was the room having a view -- and the first three had walls or sidewalks directly out the window.
