I met my biological son there after 45 years we finally met and it was the best experience of my life. We stayed up late in the hotel lobby getting to know each other and everyone was very respectful.

The hotel had nice (although relatively small), clean rooms.
No microwave or mini-fridge. The in-room coffee & coffee maker was awful...

I would bring a cooler, if you plan to save $$. The drinks & food in the Oasis water park are very pricy for being what I would consider below average. It was a fun trip to take with young kids, though, because of the water park.

The rooms were spacious, and the kitchenette was useful.
Rooms need updating, especially bathroom fixtures.

I would stay here again. If the bathroom and kitchenette fixtures were updated, it would be very nice. I liked the roominess, and the separate living room and dining area.

Everything was more than we expected, especially tlhe very helpful staff.
Actually, we were happy with everything.

A great place to stay for families or anyone (we were grandparents with daughter and son-in-law's family with 2 children). We were there to see the Angels Spring Practice. So close to the stadium and wonderful restaurants. We didn't have to leave the resort for our entire stay.

The grounds and amenities, like the waterpark, were awesome. I was impressed with most of the staff.

We arrived at nighttime in the rain. The fountain when you enter is awesome. The place has a lot of character. The hotel caters to families and businessmen alike.

Water Park with great food service. Although I wish the pool menu had healthier choices.
We got a room very tucked in so view of rooftop and a hill. M322 I Butguessing we got the dark room because we bought on priceline. Our refrigerator was behind cabinet door that was locked with key not working. Never fixed despite complaints.

Make sure your room is in a decent location with decent parking. You do not have to pay additional for poolside just make sure room is not dark and has parking. I was told early checkout is rarely an option as so many guests come in on Sunday (really???) Other than that have a great time and wear lots of sunscreen. Definately eat at Aunt Chilada's on the grounds. Best Mexican food ever and good prices. Will custom do food and drink with no issues. ...read more

The room was great. Loved the suite setup & we were right by one of the pools which was very quiet. Great service by staff. Beautiful grounds.
We loved everything except for the food. If you are going to eat 3 meals a day there, it is very expensive & the menu limited.

I loved the fitness center. Classes were somewhat limited, but the facility itself as far as equipment & the spa were great. There were several pool areas, all very uncrowded which surprised us. It was great for my 81 year old Mom who could spend most of the day outside with all the great areas to sit in various locations, all of which were beautiful. There were shuttles to a mall & shuttles anywhere around the grounds as it is spread out. Food was expensive & there were no microwaves & only a fridge for the mini-bar.
