Hotel Guest Reviews of the Arizona Riverpark Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 27, 2012

Room was dirty, and in need of repair. Hallway was filthy. Night desk clerk was rude. My card key would only work for one day at a time.

The giant rat traps was the scare. Bedding was gross! Room was dated. Internet worked well. Dog friendly. The freeway is very loud. Sounded like the train was running through our room. Breakfast was decent.Would not stay here again.

My car keys went missing and I knew that I could not have left them somewhere since I drove to the hotel. I tore apart the hotel room and my car, which thankfully was not locked. They were NO WHERE to be found. I looked through all the trash cans on the premises, checked with the front desk at least 5 times. The next morning I looked in every possible place in my car again and again in the room. I had to borrow my friends car to drive back to Phoenix from Tucson to get my spare. When I got to Phoenix and started heading back to Tucson I called the front desk to have them check and make sure my car was not stolen since the only explanation was that someone took my keys. When he called back he told me that when he looked down at the drivers side seat there was a small blue bag with a set of keys sitting on top of it. I described what my keys looked like and he confirmed they were mine. I don't have an explanation for how it all happened but I know that there is NO WAY that I just overlooked my keys sitting on my drivers seat on top of a blue bag. I know that some people will automatically assume that I somehow missed them but I can assure you that I am very type A and it is literally NOT POSSIBLE. I even had two of my friends looking as well and 3 people could not have missed it. I cant help but feel that the hotel was somehow involved or running some type of scam, maybe a locksmith scam, I don't know but I will certainly NEVER stay there again. Very strange and shady situation, I would highly recommend taking my word for it not stay at this hotel. ...

The location for the event we were attending made the hotel very inviting. But the overall hotel needs alot to be desired.

The hotel was a great bargain for
a night. I would not pay more than that considering the age and show of the hotel

I was there once at 11pm when
I was tired and didn't want to walk to the desk to get it renewed.
The grounds of the hotel itself are very nice - the pool is surrounded by huge palms. But everything surrounding the hotel property looks run down and somewhat industrial and unsafe at night although it is brightly lit. Some of the inside of the hotel seems run down - carpet on stairs needs to be replaced, tub in bathroom was stained and tile behind tub faucet had a big hole. Bathroom was too small even for one person. But it was clean. Bed was very lumpy. After 4 nights my back was shot. But it was clean. TV had about 20 channels only and volume varied greatly channel by channel. Air conditioner sounded like an airplane was landing in my room but when i asked about it, they not only repaired it, but replaced the entire unit and it was fine w/in hours. Refridge, microwave, hair dryer and coffee maker worked great! Soda machine said sold out of water bottles all 4 days
I was there. ...
