Great service all around - the front desk even had a breakfast bag ready for us when we left at 3:45 am!
Overall, a great place to stay. We loved that the hotel was so close to tour bus stops and two metro stations. The staff was extremely helpful and everyone seemed to speak multiple languages so we didn't feel like we had to struggle with our attempt at Italian.
