Hotel Guest Reviews of the Artmore Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(2) | Solo Traveler(2) | Traveling as Couple(5) | Family with Young Children(1)

Well, the best part was the manager. After his staff screwed up every thing he gave you our stay at no charge.
Check-in clerk was incompetent, the shower didn't work at all, the pillows were large over stuffed and uncomfortable.
While the hotel is a little old it is clean, but our room was really in bad need of wall paper repair, (it was coming off the wall at the seams), the air-conditioning was noisy, but it was cool. The room was quite even thought it was Downtown (other than the air as mentioned). The pillows were so hard and over stuffed I finally slept without one. The shower was not only unusable it was dangerous. We thought the water was adjusted and within seconds it went from warm to scalding hot, after trying several times to adjust the temperature we gave up. By the way the shower valves were the oldest I've seen in a hotel in 30 years, I thought every hotel in the US had switched to the safety valves with one lever control.

The whole experience was amazing.
Free coffee would've been nice, but $2.00 is not bad for what was in the room.

the decor was very nice and modern and the courtyard was very cozy and romantic.
