Hotel Guest Reviews of the Aspen Hotel And Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. They actually had free hot breakfast that was pretty good.
No real complaints.

This hotel is close to the interstate and St Edward's hospital. Plenty of chain restaurants nearby. The free hot breakfast is definitely worth taking advantage of.

The first room I was assigned had a maintenance issue. I was quickly assigned a new room that was an upgrade from the first.

Thos hotel was the nicest we have seen in Fort Smith. We pass through there as a halfway point back home every 3 to 4 months. We will definatly be staying here from now on! Thanks price line
Not at all! The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in te parking lot of many major resteraunt a. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable!

Great place to stay, right in the middle of anything you need! Resteraunt a, shopping centers etc.

A bit better breakfast bar than most

Got great deal on Priceline. This place is in great location. Several top notch restaurants within walking distance. It is situated in center of town, and anything a person needs is within a couple blocks or so. Very good breakfast bar with bacon, sausage, and gravy along with a good assortment of other foodstuff for starters.

Nice staff, and overall was a good stay. Quiet room, comfy mattress.
Room was a bit dirty, stains on the carpet. Not far from I40, but still a bit of a drive.

Nice hotel to stay in, and if you need a quick place to stay this is worth the price.

The location is great.
The pool is outside and the rooms was a little small for the star level.

I really loved my room. The staff went out their way to ensure that I got in my room early because I had a funeral to attend at 1:00pm. By doing this I didn't have to dress in my car because the normal check in was 3:00pm. That was great of the staff and
My stay was great

I call the hotel the night before while the night shift was work and ask her about getting my room early because of a funeral service the day of the reservation. The night message the day staff and housekeeping to prepare a room for me and It was ready early enough that I dressed and drove 30 mile by 1:00pm. A great team made it happen because they was no rooms the night before. ...read more

clean, friendly, great beds, great staff, definitely worth the price.
a bit off I40

When we booked, we didn't realize Ft Smith was about 20 minutes off I40, but we were so glad we ended up there. Hotel was very nice, beds were terriric, staff friendly, breakfast good, and Ft Smith has a LOT of history to offer if you're willing to take a 10 miniute drive downtwon - the hotel staff was great about recommending coffee houses and sites. One of our best night's sleep on the road. ...read more

Great location, very helpful staff
No bar or formal restaurant. I went down for breakfast at 8:30 twice and there was little or no food left.

Great location, clean, elevator was a plus. Pool looked nice but it was too cold to use it.

That the staff was so accommodating - we were visiting our grandchildren there and they allowed them to join in without a problem at all.
We really enjoyed the indoor pool that was shared with a sister property - wish it was not at sister property but at Aspen instead.

Good location, clean, good breakfast, good staff - everything I want in a hotel and a good price to boot.
