The private beach; Mark (last name unknown) provided great service when car broke down.
The front desk women were not warm (in person or on phone) - rather mediocre.

Enjoyable, great location near the lake. Clean accommodations the facility was well maintained.
Some of the facility near the lake was not well kept.

My stay was great, will definitely return.

Room not clean upon arrival; busy/noisy road; no shower curtain; lack of hot water

Would "pass" on staying there again or recommending it to others. Bags full of trash left throughout prominent areas of the property awaiting pickup; very drab lobby/adjactent meeting room vacant/in disrepair - facility very much in need of an upgrade. Due to room being dirty upon arrival, no shower curtain, no hot water in shower, I am requesting a credit -- I feel a credit of at least one (1) night's stay is fair, considering I paid over $200.00/night for, at best, a "budget" hotel in terms of its overall quality. ...read more
