Besides us getting robbed of our wedding presents on our wedding day, this hotel was alright. We stayed here during our wedding weekend from 11/10 to 11/13. The day after our wedding, a few items came up missing! My husband's Rolex watch, my Indian jewelry set, my white gold bangles, which were all wedding presents, and our Ipod charger were nowhere to be found. We made a report and are still waiting to hear back from the hotel. We did not like how the website advertised buffet breakfast, but when we got there the hotel staff said they only have breakfast during winter which starts after Thanksgiving. We did not bring along any breakfast items to cook because we were told there was a breakfast buffet. The shuttle did not start till 4pm which I thought was ridiculous. The hotel itself was nice though; room was clean, location is great, and the staff was nice.

We love the friendly staff, great location, reasonable prices and cleanliness of Lake land Village. The pools are nice and are a perfect temperature for our family. The beach is clean and inviting.
