Hotel Guest Reviews of the Aston At The Waikiki Banyan
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 19, 2012

For the most part the hotel was great but upon check in there was hotel extra charges plus parking was an extra charge per day.

Appreciate the location and the size of the room we were given, the hidden resort fee set a bad tone. No one over 60 should have to pay for a play station or even Internet service. It should not be mandatory.

Front desk employees were very friendly and have a good costumer friendly attitude. Very pleasant to deal with.

This hotel is great for the price, and meets the expectation of a family and friend travel hotel for a vacation. I would say that the rooms could use a face lift but other than that the rooms were very clean and neat for the price.

A good hotel for the money. I liked the space in the room with a fully functioning kitchen. The beds were pretty hard but over all a good experience.

Hotel location and friendliness of staff was excellent. Common areas were clean and enjoyable. View from lanais was excellent.

The Banyan was perfect for my family of five. Enough room for a queen size airbed along with the two double beds and the queen size sofa bed. Kitchen had every utensil and was clean. A block away from the beach and close to public transportation and grocery stores. Staff was friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay there again.
