Staffs were very helpful.
Room was not clean and beddings were unclean and substandard. In the middle of night, the fire alarm went off and we could not sleep and left hotel early.

The room was ok but not a 3.5 star hotel. The bathroom was very worn. Cracked tiles, grout missing, molding damaged. The A/C unit would not cool the room below 74. I like to sleep in temperatures between 68 and 70. The room was to hot for comfort.
This hotel was a 2.5 star at best. I could have stayed in a better hotel for less money.
This hotel was way over rated. I have stayed in much nicer hotels in this same area for much less money that included free internet. I will not return to this hotel unless its at a much lower rate.

Catered very well to my daughter's American Girl experience.
Room was just as expected, clean and wonderful bedding. We ate many meals at the hotel and they were all great.

Staff went out of their way to help us find the location of a soccer tournament that were to attend. Rooms are great and the beds very comfortable.

The hotel bar was very upscale
I couldn't add another night so I had to switch hotels. No free wifi
It is one of the best hotels in the area. No free WiFi but the rooms are nice and the staff is nicer.

An excellent negotiated rate for a lovely room, top notch location, and good service. Many business services (albeit at extra fees)
Once in at a great rate however, from then on most things required additional fees: breakfast, internet access, bottled water in the room etc. I could not arrange for an extension of our stay directly with the hotel, nor could I arrange by calling Priceli
If you anticipate needing to extend your reservation for any reason, be sure to know the Priceline policies and procedures (this was a first Priceline experience for me) and have a laptop or ipad with you for communicating with Priceline on the prospect of an extension. The extra cost of arranging another night's stay directly with the hotel largely negated the benefits of Priceline negotiation of the original reservation. ...
