Beautiful rooms, grounds and facilities, rooms were very nice and comfortable.
Staff was indifferent, not interested in helping us find things, acting like we were bothering them.
in addition to the staff not being helpful, their computer system was not working, and they demanded that we pay in cash or wait for the computer system to get fixed. we went and got money and paid. However, we had change coming and they did not have any change. we eventually just told them to keep it as we had a boat to get to and we had wasted nearly forty minutes just trying to check out, again, the rooms were very nice, breakfast was good, and the cleanliness was excellent. The staff just so much detracted from the experience. We would not stay there again.
